** The Fine Print
A "Qualified Referral" is defined as a referral submission for a person who is not already in the CareerNET® Executive Search database at the time of such referral's submission and who has his/her first assignment/placement through CareerNET® Executive Search with a start date between July 1, 2008 and December 31, 2008.
A Qualified Referral MUST be submitted through the CareerNET® Executive Search Referral Form; failure to do so unequivocally and without exception, relieves CareerNET® Executive Search from any responsibility to pay Referral Fee.
The referral must represent the professional’s first contact with CareerNET® Executive Search and our client(s). Temporary, summer, contract and former employees of our clients are not eligible professionals for Referral payments.
The referrer must agree to have his/her name used for introduction purposes with the person being referred
CareerNET® Executive Search shall not be obligated to accept any referral, and CareerNET shall have sole and complete discretion over whether to enter into a relationship with a referral.
CareerNET® Executive Search shall have no obligation to pay commissions on any referral that is not accepted.
Commissions for Qualified Referrals are paid only after the referred hire has successfully completed 90 days of employment with a CareerNET® Executive Search client.
Employees of CareerNET® Executive Search as well as other representatives, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies (and the immediate family members of each of them and others living in the same household) are not eligible to receive a referral payment.
Payment amount may vary, depending on location and position; and payments are taxable income.
Since there may be duplication of names referred to us, both from other people providing referrals, and by our own recruiters who may already be working with a candidate, CareerNET® Executive Search reserves the right at its sole discretion to determine if a referral payment is due, and to whom.
